Cleveland Police have tallied more than 6,000 rape kits and pieces of evidence from sexual assault cases going back 17 years. And they continue to review that evidence case-by-case in an effort to determine what was and wasn't tested for DNA profiles of suspects that could solve cold cases or link attacks by serial sexual predators.

Rash of Rapes In Jim Wells County

JIM WELLS COUNTY -- In Jim Wells County, the sheriff's office is investigating a rash of rapes involving under-aged victims. As many as 12 rapes are currently under investigation.
