Kansas City Irish Fest keeps it fresh with new twists this year

This weekend, the Kansas City Irish Fest celebrates its eighth anniversary, and its organizers have managed, once again, to preserve many of the festival’s traditions and add enough new twists to keep things from getting rote or predictable.
